Produce – Winter

If you can’t stand the thought of going back to produce from the grocery store, this is a great way to extend the summer season into winter! Produce is stored in dugouts, pits, and straw-bale buildings. We are learning how to store “the old fashioned way” to reduce our dependency on utilities.

This is a variety of vegetables that we have grown during the summer and stored for the winter. It is delivered every two weeks from November through February. The share size is based on a Half Share feeding a family of four. You are welcome to divide a share with another household but all payments must come from one member. The fee can be paid in three equal installments on October 1, November 1, and December 1.

Members pickup their produce at one of a variety of locations across the front range.

*Available until the first or second hard freeze
**Tender produce from the previous summer may be included if they have survived a light freeze.
